Recently I've realized that one of the most precious things person has is attention, too bad that people forget how important it is and how to use it.

Yes, the lack of concentration is a problem of our society now. It is so easy to feel unhappy or unsatisfied instead of staying concentrated on being happy and feel love. Look, it's not that I'm trying to push you an idea of positive thinking or smth like that, no. I'm just saying that directing your attention on each thing that makes you happy in your life, digging in this direction makes you realize and - more important - feel that your life is full of happiness and love, makes you appreciate and value everything that seems to be routine or underestimated, makes you understand what really matters.
At the same time expanding your attention on your lifeline in general will make you realize that all negative and bad things that happen to you are actually small and meaningless in terms of your whole life, concentrating like this helps to clarify your life goals and life priorities.
If you spend a little more time thinking about it, concentrating on these thoughts - you'll begin to spend way less time in social media (for example), because you'll be busy with your real life full of everything you're trying to gain or fake on-line. This blog post is not a manual of how to live a happy life, I just share my thoughts and experience of how it works for me, so please...Just think, think of it, what a powerful tool you have to rule your own reality.
Deepen and step back, catch this rhythm and concentrate on what it brings to you. And be grateful.
