{Water Stories} - Trust

Don't trust me to show your beauty
When beauty may only turn to rust
If you need somebody you can trust - trust yourself.
(c) Bob Dylan

Fears - we all have them. Fear of a new pain, the fear of failure, the fear to miss something, the fear of loneliness, the fear of making a mistake. Fears make our minds and bodies to be constantly on the alert, stay tense, scan, analyze, excite. Doubts put pressure on the temples making us build new barricades inside and run defenses.

Under such pressure we forget that the most stringent judges for ourselves is us, who do not forgive mistakes and punish for them, who set illusory standards and make us fit, destroying the sense of our own uniqueness.

It is so important to trust yourself, to be able to trust the others, without fear, with pleasure.

Don't trust me to show your love
When my love may be only lust
If you need somebody you can trust - trust yourself.
(c) Bob Dylan
